PERSONAL STYLING, COLOUR ANALYSIS & COACHING

The Style Assessment

My method is a combination of styling and coaching techniques to help you reconnect with your wardrobe and your self-image.

It all starts with your Style Assessment where you will discover your Colour Season, Style Personality and Body Shape.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Book an Initial Consultation: The Style Assessment (90 mins virtual call)

  2. Then choose from:

    • Personal Styling

    • The Personal Shop

    • Wardrobe Edits

3. Seasonal check-ins and follow ups.

Not sure? Book a complimentary call to take you through it all and discuss what might be the best option for you.

The Style MOT

The Style MOT is a 90 minute initial consultation and your first step to redefining your style. We’ll discuss your goals, where you are now, where you'd like to be and what inspires you.

I use my bespoke methodology and questionnaire to help us define your style personality, identify your body shape and colour season, and analyse a snapshot of your wardrobe. You’ll come away with a redefined Style Personality, an understanding of what suits you and lots of outfit ideas and styling tips to suit your style. You’ll receive a one page summary of your Style MOT sent to you after the call.

90 minute Video Call

Please note: A Style MOT is required before all other Styling services (except Colour Analysis) as it gives us a foundation to work from.

Ask me about gifting options if you’re interested in purchasing a Style MOT for a loved one or a friend.

Do you know your colour season?

A color-coded seasonal chart with a circular design divided into four quadrants representing different seasons and temperatures. The top left quadrant shows winter colors with dark blue and red circles labeled 'True Winter' and 'Bright Winter'. The bottom left quadrant features autumn colors with dark brown, orange, and light brown circles labeled 'Dark Autumn,' 'True Autumn,' and 'Soft Autumn.' The top right quadrant displays spring colors with pink, green, and light yellow circles labeled 'Bright Spring,' 'True Spring,' and 'Light Spring.' The bottom right quadrant contains summer colors with light blue, blue, and pink circles labeled 'Light Summer,' 'True Summer,' and 'Soft Summer.' Quadrants are labeled 'Cool,' 'Warm,' 'Bright,' 'Soft,' 'Dark,' and 'Light' around the circle.

Why does it matter?

  • Your Colour Season tells you the colours that suit you (and the ones to avoid)

  • Helps you make better choices and colour combinations

  • Not only helps you with clothes, but hair and make up choices too

  • Makes shopping easier

How do I find out my colour season?

  • First, we need to work out whether you have a cool or warm undertone

  • Then we work out what your primary aspect is. This can be: Cool, Warm, Bright, Soft, Light or Dark.

  • Once we know that we work out your secondary aspect on the colour wheel.

  • The combination of your primary and secondary aspect tells us your Colour Season.

Still not sure? Don’t worry. It’s not easy and isn’t obvious.

  • Book a Style MOT, fill out my questionnaire and let’s find out together…

DISCLAIMER

But green is my favourite colour! I don’t care if it suits me.

Of course, we all have colours we love and personal taste is unique and what makes you, YOU. Knowing your colour season doesn’t mean you can’t wear the colours you like. It’s just about knowing which colours really make you pop.

And given the choice, what would you go for?

Do you know your body shape?

All our bodies are different and uniquely beautiful. They can’t fit in to a one size fits all system. Working out what suits you and your body is our ultimate goal - with all your curves and edges, taking into account all the changes our bodies go throughout our lives and all the emotions we carry there.

Understanding the basics of body shape analysis can help make sure you’re choosing the right shapes for your (closest) body type. But like anything in styling, they should be viewed as a guide, not a rule.

After all, you’re the expert in what works for your body and what you feel good in. Sometimes we lose sight of what suits us and need a little help to see things clearly again - especially if we’ve gone through a big change in our lives or simply want to adapt to our bodies as we age. Working out what feels best for you in your body is what truly matters.

My goal is to equip you with the tools to see your body in all its beauty and glory; to work out what suits you and to choose the clothes that make you feel the best in your bod, no matter what shape, size or age you are.
